Heart Shape Meatloaf and Snowshoes...

Me and my wife celebrated Valentines Day on Thursday as you can read here.

Mainly because I had to work this weekend so we got to have a night out that way.

But Saturday when I came home from work I was surprised to see what she had ME for Valentines Day.

First, she made heart shaped mini meatloaves for dinner! Seeing as she knows I don't have much of a sweet tooth, I would much rather have this tasty dish than chocolate and candy.

All you do is take your favorite meatloaf recipe and shape the meat into these silicone flexible baking pans.

Then a big package showed up at the door for me. When I opened it up...

It was a new set of high end snowshoes! After our snowshoe workout adventure where I had to rent a pair of snowshoes my wife wanted me to have my own pair so I could do this more often.

It was quite the Valentines Day for the both of us. But what really matters is not what you do to show your love on this day but the other 364 days of the year...
