I had a good workout this morning despite venturing out in the BRUTAL cold.
-42 degrees Celsius here today with the windchill!
Workout:
reverse bb rows, db incline press, wide grip pulldown, dips, reverse crunches, side planks. High rep day, 3 sets of 15, only short 45 sec rest periods.
